The chief architect and 40% owner of a cutting-edge software company in the healthcare industry faced a frivolous suit – and a motion for an emergency injunction –  by his fellow shareholders accusing him of stealing trade secrets in a thinly veiled attempt to take his shares.  We won the emergency hearing at opening statements with plaintif withdrawing the motion.
